    back up. sorry, but i've had the same client b**** about site downtime over the weekend, that didn't seem to be reported, but she said that her site and mine (both on rs11) were down sunday and monday.

    down again today, but back up again.

    RS 11 server always have problem recently... my client always complain... and WHB still did not make any improvement... very disapointed

    so, do you think this was the root of the problems for the past few weeks?? rs11 has been pretty dependable for quite some time...lately it's making me crazy. but i appreciate the WHB support to keep us notified as quicky as possible.

    My customer daily send me email, yelling at me, and my latest email receive was
    Almost already 1 month, my task is to email to you everynight about this problem. If you are in my shoe, what would you do?

    a. just be patient
    b.request for refund
    c.let it be because this is budget webhosting
    d.Send complaint mail everytime web got problem
    I have no idea how to respond to this kind of email
