    Default waiting time for the tickets urgent priority

    hi, i submitted a ticked hours ago. But no one has replied to me even if the tickets of Priority was urgent.

    What kind of joke is this? If noone doesnt care the priority of the ticket, please cancel it.

    So my ticket id is KEH-971138.
