Login to your cPanel and under 'Advanced Tools' click on 'Custom Error Pages'. Select the appropriate domain name from the drop down (assuming you have more than one domain), then click on the error page you want to change - in this case 404 I presume - and replace the default HTML code with your own to create your own 404 error page.

I able to change my own 404 page, but what the solution for all my client?

does I need to login into their cpanel and edit all the code?

again, I would like to quote "WHB steal my customer"

You might be able to do this automatically for all new client accounts by adding an appropriate .htaccess file and error pages to your skel directory.

I think it's better to change the style of this error page for the style of all your clients or event the style of your own reseller under web hosting buzz for sure ... like mine there : http://www.verrecarnavalquebec.org/thispageIwillnotget

I think the problem has been fix, but honestly, I do experience with other hosting company's reseller account.

The default 404 page does not show their company name. They really protect reseller right, which WHB does not have.

Hope my complain/experience here can help WHB to do changes, also protect other reseller right over here.

Yes, we heard you. And Matt has already said that it is not their intention to have "WHB" on default error pages, so likely they will fix that.

But, as I said, it would be easy for you to insert your own error pages for you and your clients, so you would never need worry about the server's default.
I am not WHB staff and I am not paid.
I provide help in these forums on my own time.
