Seems our website was suspended for using to much cpu/memory. As soon as they unsuspend the account I will go and remove unnecessary modules that could be using high cpu cycles. We can live with only a mainpage and forums.

The last ticket I received from support said that the account was unsuspended but I still cannot access C-panel or the website. Anybody here able to help?

My IP is being blocked here for ever reason I don't know. Support in the past has been good but on this one it ranks a #0. All my members can access the site but I cannot access FTP, C-panel or the website. All other places I can go to just fine so they have blocked my IP from accessing the account. Last ticket they sent me said account was unsuspended and that let my members access the site but I get timeouts on all access points to my site. All they need to do is remove the block for my IP which I do not understand why they even put a block on it. I am the administrator and I am the one who needs to get in there and fix the problem of a bad module that is using too much cpu cycles on the server. Kinda a catch 22 here. Very disappointed in the tech service, no reason why my account should be blocked from my site.

If you make a lot of incorrect login attempts, the firewall will block you as a security measure. This is what happened here.

Trust me, we are extremely knowledgeable on managing our servers. I've explained it very clearly in my last ticket response to you.
