I feel cheated and ripped off - Domain Transfer and Renewal

Hi i am moving my domain and i was told it would cost me $15, i was attempting to pay it and get it all cleared for the push to namecheap as i was instructed.

I was trying to pay it yesterday and the 2checkout would not work and it would always return me a "internal server error" i made a ticket notifying the billing dept and they had told me it was 2checkout which was having problems.

Today i am also told another $9.69 was added for renewal fee? But why? I did say terminate well in advance almost 2 weeks in advance. I dont understand why the attempt to even renew was made? The domain should have been untouched or is this another way to get a few bucks out of me before moving?

When domains are not renewed what happens is there is a 3 month buffer before its even completely released. So im bemused as to why it was even renewed?

If i am moving to namecheap i will have to pay a fee over there too so why am i paying whb an extra $9.69 when i said "STOP" dont renew anything 2 weeks ago?

I dont think this is fair and would appreciate it if somebody can remove the $9.69 which was added even after i had said do not renew.

I also have problems with this names cheap domain thing and there is no where on the site to see doamins purchased with WHB. Now i have to do the same thing get my domain i paid for pushed to a new account however it was that if my account was active then i am also suppose to recieve 5 free doamins a year also however i was give less than 24 hours notices before mine was suspened and i lost all access to eveything i had paid for on the WHB site. I feel very cheated and angry webhostingbuzz.com is totaly crashing every 3-5 minuets
