Help in managing my domains

I am not sure how can I manage my domain names, the situation as follows:

1- I have jovision.net or jovision.org hosted by a strato hosting. I asked for my auth code and I don't think I will get them soon. The company don't want to give me any chance to change NS to whb ones
2- When I registered for whb i made my main domain name is jovision.net which till now I can not administer
3- I have jo-vision.com which administered by name.com and using google apps.
4- I have a free domain name from whb not used yet
5- Our known website is www.jo-vision.com
6-The final situation I want that www.jo-vision.com redirect to the whb new hosting shared server or www.jo-vision.com points to the whb hosting without interruption to the mail service offered by google apps

I know it is complicated, and I know it may be out of the support scope. However, I chose whb because their support and help for new users.

The main question is this: do you have the login details to manage each domain at the domain registrar? Where they are hosted currently is irrelevant; as long as you can access the settings at the domain registrar for each domain, you can then insert whatever nameservers you want. You could then change all domains to use WHB nameservers.
