I was on moon server earlier this week, everything was so ridiculously slow and I was forced to move onto business2 server 75.127.118.230.
Even now everything is more worse, this is really poor consecutive service throughout from moon to now business2. I am considering moving as support staff don't seem to understand plain english. I ask one simple question and they beat round the bush. I am having to repeat myself several times.
What I find strange after 8 months (12 months contract) running the same website with the same scripts for so many months, whb tell me that my website is causing problems. However for the 8 months I've been running there has been no problems why now?
They have suggested for a upgraded package, however I see this to be forcing clients uncessarily when there is acutally no problems. I have a large forum but there are only 7-12 members online at any one time. I do not see this to be a server intensive as I have been on shared hosting for over 3 years! and never had a problem until now.
Instead of me giving my money to whb for dirty tactics, I will be moving sooner than they think.
