    WHB,
    I am very unhappy that ticket AGJ-153423 has yet to have a comment from you. While it is not a critical or deal-breaking issue, it is something that should have been addressed quickly and easily by your staff.
    Dec. 1: report issue with affiliate program
    Dec. 6: ask on forums for response to ticket (reference: http://www.webhostingbuzz.com/forum/...questions.html). I was promised a reply "as soon as possible"
    Dec. 11: upgrade ticket from low to normal severity due to no comments from staff
    Dec. 13: upgrade ticket from normal to urgent severity due to no comments from staff
    end of Dec. 16 (almost Dec. 17): I still have not received a response!

    I think that two weeks is beyond excessive, and I have been very patient. While most of my issues and questions have been addressed promptly, and all of my questions have been addressed courteously, this is the only question I have had of a financial nature. Inability to answer questions of a financial nature usually indicate financial trouble to come. Can WHB assure me that they are operating "in the black," that is, the company is cash-flow-positive? If I made a mistake on the affiliate program, I would rather be told that in the ticket than having my ticket ignored- bad news in this case is much better than no news.

    Please have your marketing team contact me ASAP on this issue.
