Shared 6 down

Shared 6 seems to be down, can't get to cpanel, nothing. Is this server really prone to going down or is this a company wide issue. I have been hosting different places for years, I have a vps and host a few customers (basically this server is my testbed, and my place for getting things running), and I don't expect anymore from WHB then I would expect that my customers expect from me. Can anyone comment what is going on?

I don't see any maintenance since August last year. I'll check with our technical department to find out the cause of any problems. Have you tried raising a ticket in our helpdesk?

Yup. And it did get better after that, but i feer this might become a trend again.
