Default Setting of Domain Name and link to website

    Hi

We have moved our website to your system.

In order to setup the rest I had to register the domain somewhere else, i registered it at loudex.net.

Next I need to make sure the domain name server etc are set correctly. In your information you specified that we should use ns100.whbdns.com. But that is not accepted since it is not registered at verisign.

So I chose to use the DNS servers of loudex.net. I added the A record to point to our ip address, but now I do not know if this is all correct. Since if you normally type in the ip address in the web browser you are pointed to a control panel overview page. And not to http://ipaddress/~username

So what should I do in order to get the ball rolling.

So at the moment I did
    - Register domain at Loudex.net
    - Used their dns servers and set the A record of www and normal to point t othe ipaddress assigned to us by you

    Thanks
    Adriaan

    Hi Adriaan,

The issue is, that there was no DNS zone created for your domain on the server.
That`s actually the reason, why the nameservers can`t be assigned properly.

We`d rather you add this domain as add-on to your cPanel in order to create an appropriate DNS zone on the server.

In case, you continue experiencing some issues, please contact our live chat support or submit a ticket to our technical department at https://www.whbsupport.com, having provided us with your account name, the name of the main domain, assigned to it and the IP-address of your server.

We look forward to hearing from you.
