    Question Cron job limit?

I'm on a shared server, and I was wondering if there's a limit to how often you should/can run a cron job.

I'm planning to set a cron job set up to run wget to update my site every minute (as opposed to updating it on every refresh), and I'm pretty sure this would reduce the overall server load and speed up the page load time for visitors.

Is this correct? Is every minute too often to run a cron job? If so, I'll move to a different host

I remember running into this before. I think the Acceptable Use Policy requires at least 15-minute between runs.

    EDIT: Yep:
Running cron scripts with intervals of less than 15 minutes, or setting up more than 5 simultaneous cron jobs is strictly prohibited
From my experience, they weren't too strict on it, but I did not violate this policy for very long.
