    Unhappy vps and support is very slow

    I realize it says Semi-Managed with 24x7 unlimited support, But some problems are WHB problem, not mine. and support has taken up to 10 hrs on ticket.
    submitted one 3 hrs ago URGENT no reply

    8 to 10 minutes for cpanel to load on all clients sites.

    server load 7.5 to 10.8 1 cpu

    no heavy processes running

    last several tickets claim nothing wrong.

    Something is not right :-(

    Overloaded Node ?

    node not configured properly ?

    To many vps's on 1 node ?

    Poor server quality?

    It must be one over the above, I have spoken to other vps owners and the were shocked at what I told them.

    Support did answer after 4.5 hrs, but still have not repaired the problem or found exactly what the issue is.

    It has spiked as high as 10 and 11

    Someone with whb needs to let me know whats going on, cpanel is real slow
    any site that is more than just plain html is very very slow

    Unhappy 3 days and support still cant fix a vps

    Why don't you guys hire someone that knows how to fix a vps, mines still not fixed after 3 days
