Site Suspended Matt
I've filled in a ticket, Matt but no reply as yet and I have all these seniors wondering where their site is.
How long will it take support to reply to my ticket? Ticket ID: OQH-607777

After waiting all afternoon, trying the live chat and getting somewhere there with evgeniya.p: but then he had to say, "Unfortunately my shift is over and I need to transfer you to another supporter" but I never got another person so logged on again. and got anna.m
She told me the file that the problem was in but I then asked over the next couple of hours about 20 questions, such as "Are you there?" etc but no reply ever came from Anna.
So, I telephoned and got a lovely man in sales who told me that the site would be unsuspended in 10 min.
I then got an email from Audrey saying that it was now unsuspended and that I have 24 hours to fix the problems but it's not visible. And the ticket that Audrey told me to follow instead of opening a different one is not visible to me on my monitor. I get a big blank page even though I can see all the other tickets I've filled in.
So, my account for seniorsandfriends.org is unsuspended but I can't see it.
Hopefully, we can do something in 24 hours but not sure how if we can't get the site. <<<scratching head>>>>

Alright, I see the site now.
Now we have to figure out what all the resources are that are being used.
Ohhh, how I wish I were a technical person and not a nearly 70 year old grandma!

Pat,
I am just one of 40 or so people who can assist you with this. I'm pleased you managed to get a response in the end.
We suspend sites when the performance of the server is at stake. You will have been emailed details and the details usually allow you to work out which script is at fault. If you need additional time, we are flexible on this -- just let us know you are working on it.
PM me the ticket ID if you need further help.

You portray yourself in this thread as someone who doesn't really understand the details of how your site works. If that's accurate, then I'm going to hazard a guess that you installed some script that you obtained from a download site. That was your mistake: installing a script that you don't really understand. That script, if I'm right, is either insecure or poorly written so it is causing problems for the entire server.
Get rid of the script. Start with a nice static site (just web pages, photos, etc.) which will cause no problems. Move into scripts once you either understand what you're doing or when you get someone more knowledgeable to help you.
