Experiencing Extreme Page Load for cPanel
I'm trying to log into my cPanel for my primary website, and the x3 scheme has some function call which causes the page to take up to ten minutes to finish loading.
Anyone else getting that or is it just my T1 connection to the internet not liking connecting to webhostingbuzz's server farm.
P.S. after a while, things start working again, ...

Hi Colin,
The problem you are experiencing takes place time to time.
Though in most cases it caused by the problems on the user`s end,
we do not rule out, that there are may be problems on our end.
In order to get this investigated, please be so kind to go to
https://www.whbsupport.com and submit a ticket to our technical department.
We`d like you to provide us with your domain name, the IP address of the server, you are hosted on and the result of trace route to our server.
In order to execute it in Windows, please:
Please click 'Start' > 'Run' type 'cmd'. There should a black window appear - a command line. Now type 'tracert yourdomainname.xxx' and hit 'Enter'.
We look forward to hearing from you.

The big problem is that by the time I've submitted a support ticket, the problem's gone. A tracert reveals no time issues. Webhost management access comes right up. It's just the cPanel access with the front page which is a drag. To bypass that I've just put shortcuts to all the various sections that I usually access into my bookmark file and as long as I avoid the front page, the various subsections load up just fine.

You shouldn't have to jump through hoops like that; clearly something's wrong. The trick to solving intermittent problems is to be persistent (but timely). And keep logs (it can't hurt).
