    Default shared 8 very slow?

Hello im trying to upload a back up of my site, and its taken me all day to do! Phpmyadmin is taking between 5 and 10 minutes to load. and when i check the server status everything is green, apart from this, which is amber:

    Disk /dev/sdb1 (/backup) 89 %

Im getting very impatient now, my site as been down a whole day, and because of the slowness, i cannot get it online any quicker

The free space on /backup should not affect this. Send in a helpdesk ticket however and we can check on the FTP performance for you.

yep i did just that, and it turned out to be my database file was large, hence the time it was taking. I want to say thank you to Andrey R, who helped me. I uploaded my SQL file via ftp, the Andrey R, done the back up for me. My site is back online in its original state, so im very happy now
