    Default Is there someone that actually can help me?

    I have been a customer for a few years, and I feel that I am being brushed off as unimportant. I have been having almost daily outages of my websites, and I have been making support tickets each time. The responses are extremely general, and rarely answer my questions. I would like to speak with a REAL PERSON. I wrote a complaint on the facebook webpage, which was deleted by one of your staff, I hope the same isn't done to this forum post.

    I am nearly ready to cancel my services with WHB to go to a competitor, but I may reconsider if someone actually extends a finger to help me.

    Who do I contact? The general support desk has not been helpful. Where do I go next?

    Which server are you on? What is your site's address?

    The server I am using is Zeus, and my website's address is www.seecarclub.net

    I would also like to add that as of right now, the site is functioning fine. The problems are intermittent and outages last anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours.

    I recommend the same- I have seen quite a few complaints about Zeus in the past year.

    thanks for the suggestion squinky- it's sad that a WHB employee couldn't even give me that information, after my numerous complaints about downtime and loadtimes.

    Current ticket: BJZ-197166 (I would like to add that Sergey has been helpful)

    Some older ones, that proved less than helpful:
    VVG-138596
    WBM-195229
    FHN-168367

    These are the only tickets that I felt were unresolved, in the respect that my questions were left unanswered. I've made others, but a few cases the site was back to operational before a staff member was able to respond, or the staff member was actually helpful.

    sweet, that means, you guys from WHB will be willing to help transfer to new machines from old servers?

    Such account transfers can be performed, but actually they presuppose the plan to be upgraded to one of the new ones. You can check them at http://www.webhostingbuzz.com/websit...shared-hosting.

    However, if your case is an exceptional one, we will do that for you, we would just like you to understand, that such transfers are not performed as a rule.
