I have been a customer for a few years, and I feel that I am being brushed off as unimportant. I have been having almost daily outages of my websites, and I have been making support tickets each time. The responses are extremely general, and rarely answer my questions. I would like to speak with a REAL PERSON. I wrote a complaint on the facebook webpage, which was deleted by one of your staff, I hope the same isn't done to this forum post.
I am nearly ready to cancel my services with WHB to go to a competitor, but I may reconsider if someone actually extends a finger to help me.
Who do I contact? The general support desk has not been helpful. Where do I go next?
