    Thumbs up Mail Storage

Well, I am wondering about the mail storage on WHB services.

let's say, we have 150 employees at work and we use domain.com/webmail

access to use our office works and etc. Is it okay to have mail storage on the server? I just wanted to make it clear. Because If not, I will be happy to switch as the mail size is now growing over 1GB. I have no control over it because it's for my work and we will be required to keep some of the emails at least 3 years as part of the company policy. I signed up for my company last July 08, paid in 2 years advanced.

    So, please let me know.

Also, Last time, I paid for my current company and I am not so sure I will stick around for next a couple of years. So, I want you guys not to auto charge me when the original deal is expired on 07/2010. I used to have account on BEAR many years ago and I was auto charged, but that time, I decided to use another account and took me a while to fix it. LOL

Could you verify with this too?

Login is acetcamb and server is SUN

    Thanks alot.

That many employees on just one account may cause problems; IMAP isn't really designed to have that many simultaneous users on our platform.

Have you looked into Exchange or Zimbra on a local server? You could deliver mail to a server in your office and leave IMAP for backup.

Your 'acetcamb' account is billed by our new non-automatic system. So you will need to log in to your client area to confirm the payment when it expires.

    Dear Matt,

thanks alot for your prompt reply, I will look into. we will not have many accounts, however, some of the subsidiary companies' employees need to travel and they need to access and I am just thinking of other possible solutions. Thanks heaps and very much appreciated.

as matt suggestion, using local server still posible for the other employee to retrieve email at ur local server while they travelling, with pointing the SMTP and POP to your company IP address. But require to do some port forwarding on your company router.

correct me if I am wrong
