Hello everybody

I'm having trouble with the image hosting process. I'm trying
to get this website up and running and this snag is setting me back
a bit. The images will not work and i keep getting this error message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /images/dismartheader.jpg on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

with not explination why I tried changing the premissions to no avail

Possibly you have wrong permissions set on your files and directories, make sure you have 644 for files and 755 for directories.

Don't forget to provide us with all the necessary information, such as domain name you are using for the website, your main domain name and file locations.

I think you might be running into an issue I had a while back in that there IS already a global /images/ folder on the server. Hence, you can't have one yourself.

It is not possible, as all the user accounts are created independently and web folder is located at /home/username/public_html, so there couldn't be global /image/ directory related to your account on the server. Please provide us with your domain name, so we could check it. Or if you have submitted a ticket, it would be great to have the ticket ID.

Sorry, it was ICONS which I had an issue with:
http://wtixfm.com/icons/buycd.gif
Folder ICONS does exist and the BUYCD.GIF does exist in that folder, you just can't have it available to the WWW.
