Galaxy server problem

I have get twice server down problem with galaxy server. It's overload or there are another problem with server? It's just not respond about 10 minutes and after that it's working again.

I check server status on CPANEL and it's show me like on image



Then I try to find how many domain hosted on this server with tool on http://www.domaintools.com/reverse-ip/ and it's show me that there are 683
domains that hosted on galaxy server where my client website www.dreamis.info was hosted. Is this server capable enough to host more than 500 domains?

The sheer number of domains is not the primary issue. A server could have lots of domains that do not receive much traffic or which have only static web sites.

The issue here is that the web server (httpd) has failed and load is high. Support is normally alerted automatically to such issues. If it continues for 30 minutes or so and you don't see anything in the server announcements forum, you could open a Support ticket.

Thank you for fast response, but I hope this problem will not going too often. Because It's hit my client website twice in one week.

It's an unfortunate fact of life on shared hosting. One account running an insecure or resource-hogging script, or one spammer, can affect the whole server. That's one of the drawbacks to the low price of shared hosting.
