    Default No Awstats??

My site doesn't require that I check the stats often, but I just looked at the Awstats for our domain and there is 0 activity across the board for the past several months. Do I need to set something up with this??

I just checked the back stats and all of my webstats stopped in May of 2008 and there has been zero activity showing since then.

Yes. Stats are not enabled by default. You need to login to cPanel and enable AWstats for your domain.

I went into "Choose Log Programs" and the domains I want logged are checked. But only a few of the domains show up in the list when I go to AwStats and when I click thru into a domain, there are no statistics. Last time it looks I got stats was in 2007.

How do I fix? What do I look for?

Feel free to open a ticket to our technical department so that our techs can investigate what may be wrong with your AwStats or give you an advice on what should be done.

    Hi,

Stats will be updated on the next day you enabled it, also you can update it manually, when you are at the stats page, just click on 'update now' and you will see statistics starting from the moment you've enabled it.

As for number of domains, if you have more than one domain pointing to the same location only one domain will be available, as stats are common for all of them.

If you encounter any trouble with it, please follow Sergey's advice.

I thought it was just the server I was on (unless we're on the same server? I'm on rs15). Both awstats and cron stopped working a couple weeks ago, and support was able to fix it after I filed a ticket.

There are two separate issues at work here. One, in the case of mediabrat's and negusm 's accounts, is that there was a technical glitch that Support fixed.

The second, broader issue for all clients is that stats are not enabled by default. You need to login to cPanel and enable AWstats for your domain. Once that has been done, it will take at least 24 hours for new stats to be created, although you may be able to use the "update now" link in cPanel to see stats sooner.

Well, as I mentioned above, if the problem will not be solved after foregoing steps made, we will check it from our end. But we should have domain name at least. So, ticket submission will be great solution.
