SUN server cpanel issue

I cannot login to SUN server today as well as webmail.

I got the following message whenever I login. we use webmail as we need to go on the move very frequently. I also submitted the ticket online as well.

In order to access the interface, you will need to make sure that the software license on this server is active and installed.

Your license could not be activated because:
Cannot Read License File

1. First, go to http://verify.cpanel.net/ and enter the public IP address of this server to make sure it is licensed.
2. If licensed, try running /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt from the command line as root.
3. You'll also need to make sure that port 80 is open to contact our license server and that your hostname is a FQDN.

If you don't currently have a license, you can obtain a trial license by registering at the cPanel Store and requesting a trial under Free Services.

Thank you for letting us know. Currently cPanel has changed license check rules for the server, so that's why you could see an error message regarding missing license.
