Default Big php Mysql problem - Not enough memory!

Seems that the php configuration has been changed cause I can't re-import a table with exactly the same rows as it is right now:
"...file size exceeded the maximum size permitted by your PHP configuration"

My site is also down cause of this:
"Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/priceclo/public_html/includes/categories.inc.php on line 13
Error writing file '/tmp/MYkHw2wh' (Errcode: 28)"

Seems that something happened last night cause the site has worked as it should until tonight. The site is on: 65.98.16.130

Hope that someone can tell me if there is something I can do about it or if the support have to help me out with this huge problem.

I don't think it's a good idea to post the servers IP...

Unlikely the server's IP is a big secret. Assuming he's using it as a web server.

Open up a command prompt and type "ping anydomain.com". No web server IP can ever be secret, or else no one would be able to get to its websites.

I noticed a very big change in PHP that day as well. It's been going verrrrry slowly. If fewer resources have been allowed for PHP then I guess that would explain both our problems, except mine is still a problem.

Ok, the config is looking a little strange. I'll get a sys admin to recompile php.

I don't know what it2ceda is using, but I'm using php 5, so I hope you'll recompile that too.
