All my sites and email are down and have been at least since early this morning. Of course, we don't know how long this has been the case, since before checking mail this morning it was sleepy-bye time.

We have a reseller5 account on the dns7.ultrawhb.com server.

Any information will be appreciated. I submitted a support ticket with an alternate cc address and have not heard a thing yet.
