How can I access the website builder? I don't see it on WHB's home page and would like to get started.

Login to cPanel. cPanel includes several scripts/applications.

You want to get started doing what exactly? It's true you have to learn to use cpanel, among other things like FTP, but before anyone can recommend generalities like "scripts & applications" we would have to know exactly what it is you're trying to accomplish.
