    Default AOL wacked again?

Has anyone heard about AOL getting snippy again? It looks like one of our users had the effrontery to request a new password, so AOL wants to blacklist us!

We have received complaint about sending SPAM from your resold account 'shannond' to aol.com. You may see the notification below.
Would you please take the appropriate actions to stop SPAM sending to AOL email accounts, otherwise we'll be forced to block/suspend your account.

    Default

The way I understand it is this: if an AOL user (1) doesn't add your email address to their inbox; and (2) have their mailbox configured to automatically process unknown addresses, then AOL treats your message as spam and then you get dinged. It is very frustrating.

At least you can see from the messages you got exactly which AOL user is involved here. For me, this wasn't always the case.

    David.
