    I am going to go out on a limb and put my two cents in, and that is that I have a consistent problem accessing my sites as well, getting the error about host not found.

    I am giving the guys a bit of time - even though the problem is still manifesting itself!

    That should not stop others from posting, and I am sure the guys would like to know how prevalent this problem is.

    I have, just now, lost half an hour's typing on the Forum. As it was freeflow and direct from my head, I will never be able to type it again as it was.

    As per the information from Ross's ticket, DNS maintenance has been scheduled for this Saturday. Senior technical stuff is expecting this fixed for all the servers after the maintenance.

    Meanwhile, we would appreciate the detailed description of the issue each of you is having. Please open detailed support tickets with the exact time you receive the error and the copy of the error message. Technicians will carefully check each case.

    This has started to happen again! Didn't take long to crash out once more, eh? So much for the vaunted fix then.


    Once or twice I can forgive you but now it is several times in the past couple of days. Your promises are a total waste of my time and those of my Forum members.

    Fix this.

    I always thought you catch more flies with honey then with vinegar, I would be polite and they will get ot it and in the meantime if you browse around on the forums maybe it can help you learn a few new things and I am sure they will get the problem fixed.

    Unhappy daily DNS errors

    I've been getting these errors for the past couple of weeks on all my accounts that are on the rssg2 server - it's very frustrating for all my clients as well as for me not being able to access my sites.

    Here's the error message I get in firefox:
    "DNS error - cannot find server
    Google Oops! This link appears to be broken."

    Most times all my accounts disappear. I have to wait a while and everything eventually comes back. This happens EVERY SINGLE DAY, at least once a day, sometimes more!

    What is going on ??? My business partner is urging me to switch to another company but I wanted to give you guys the benefit of the doubt.

    Such issues can be investigated and resolved only by our technicians, so still if you face any problems, please open a ticket to our technical dept with all the details on your account, with screenshots (if you have any), with specifying the errors and time when you got them.
