New to reseller, the main domain and create new accounts?

I'm an new reseller, my account is aaa.com(domain registered at

name.com, and modified its ns to rssg2-ns1.whbdns.com)

1. My private name servers is ns1.aaa.com , can the ns of aaa.com set to

ns1.aaa.com?



2. How to setup the my website(aaa.com)?


a.login to cpanel, create a ftp and Mysql user account.

b.login to WHM and create a new account.

c.upload files to setup my aaa.com site.


Is it true?

3. How to use the free dedicated IPs(with the reseller plan)?


4. How to sell hosting( under my reseller account)?

Dear Cooler,

1) If you didn't register your domain name with us and you need to point it to our server, then you can use your Private Name Servers (ns1.aaa.com and ns2.aaa.com).

2) You can login cpanel and upload your website via File Manager or if it's more comfortable for you, you can use ftp client or connect ftp via browser using this link: ftp://usernameassword@serverIP (username and password same as for your cpanel account). You have already 1 cpanel account under your main reseller account, this account is created by default, if you need other ones (for your customers), you will need to create new accounts via WHM. You can manage your site via cpanel, but if you would like to manage your accounts, you should go to WHM.

3) In order to get free dedicated IP address, you will need to go to whbsupport.com, register there, login and open a ticket to billing or technical dept. What about its use, you can make SSL for your domain name with this dedicated IP address.

4) You will be provided with free WHMAutopilot license, you will need to go to its website and install WHMAP, this billing software and also WHM will help you to manage your clients' accounts.

Yes, but you must first register the personal nameservers ns1.aaa.com and ns2.aaa.com (if you want that one as well) at your registrar name.com.
