Question My website SSL certificate expired? (No)

Sorry, but the title does not reflect the actual issue. (This is an SSL issue with my website, hosted here, as a reseller account.)

My original certificate expired last year, and was updated. The new certificate expires in about a month.

I had not noticed this, but somehow the old certificate is locked into the system. I even updated the new certificate, which shows the expiration as 11/21/09. The secure site seal confirms the date, but that is not the certificate that this website is sending out.

From the control panel, in the SSL setup, the information seems all there. I even downloaded the certificate from godaddy again, just to confirm it is all correct. (The website was missing the GO-daddy certificate, within the list, but I added that after, and still no change.)

I have a dedicated IP, and the info auto-filled with the correct certificate. What am I missing?

    Dedicated IP: /75.127.76.4/
    SITE: (imvutoys.com), www.imvutoys.com
    DNS: ns1.imvutoys.com, ns2.imvutoys.com
    https://imvutoys.com/index2.shtml
    https://www.imvutoys.com/index2.shtml

P.S. What is the deal with this? This is what is listed in my c-panel on the SSL setup page.

    SHARED SSL URL:
    https://www.buffmomsandbabies.com/~imvutoys/

Buff Moms And Babies? (I hope that is "Buff", as in "They are strong", and not "Buff", as in, "Something sick and disturbing". I can't use that for a SSL link, even if I wanted to. Perhaps setup an IP ONLY address for shared SSL.)

The currently installed certificate seems to be expired. If you have the new up-to-date one, just open a support ticket at HelpDesk and provide the certificate. Technicians will gladly assist with its installation.

You may also send the cert file as an attachment to technicalproblems@webhostingbuzz.com

Strange... now it is showing the new certificate...

I guess there is just a delay from when the info is entered, and when WHB scoops the info up, and into the system. (Since they manage the actual IP, the SSL page must be just a suggestion to the actual change.)

That was the funny part... the old certificate wasn't even in there! LOL.

I just wanted to check here first, because I could have overlooked something obvious.

    Thank-you.

    Carlobee:
If you have any questions, let me know, and I can help you get up to the point of submitting the certificate. (First-time install requires intervention from WHB, as they need to set you up with a static IP first, and then enter in your secret key and hash manually. Or something like that. After that, the certificate should be able to be updated through the SSL section in the c-panel.)

We can actually assist on any step:

    - generate the CSR (just give the required info) and private key;
    - install the certificate verified by the Vendor.

Any questions or issues - just contact support.
