    "I could not open a ticket" is entirely vague and non-specific. If you want help in the forums, please provide details of what you tried, what happened, any error messages, why it didn't work, etc.

    though a DDoS attack on your server is still in progress. please follow the updates on this here:

    also a resource abusive account causing critical load to the web server was suspended on rsl2 yesterday.

    Though the DDoS is till going on, we do not receive any complaints from other users on the server. I assume the issue is with your account only.

    Our technicians should check this for you. Please go to https://whbsupport.com , register on the web site and submit a ticket to the technical department.

    Just checked the ticket.
    It appeared the local IP address had been blocked by the server FireWall. Techs have removed the block and the web site should now be opening fine.
