Email redirection wiped out

Hello. I am wondering if anybody else had all of their email redirection wiped out and replaced with ":fail:" on Shark on Friday, September 18, 2009 or if anybody knows why that might have happened to me. I did not go into my account or cpanel that day until all of the emails I tried to send to my WHB email addresses were bouncing. Thanks for the help.

P.S. Just to clarify, I have since fixed the redirection. I am just wondering why I had to do it and posting here in case anyone else is having similar difficulties.

I recommend you to submit a ticket to our technical department so that they can check the logs for you and investigate this issue in more details.
