I wanted to install Magento, but I can't find the 1 click install. I searched the forums, and found posts few months back saying it should be up??

I ran the magento check.php to see if my server meets the system requirements, but it gave me this error

"Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home2/endoicco/public_html/magento-check.php on line 28

Your server does not meet the following requirements in order to install Magento.
The following requirements failed, please contact your hosting provider in order to receive assistance with meeting the system requirements for Magento:

* You need MySQL 4.1.20 (or greater)"

However, in cpanel it says I have MySQL 4.1.22-Standard
