    Default Troubles with images in my site...

    Manage a different site, but only this site (www.labellejoia.com.br) no longer loads the page with the pictures, but apears a red "X" in place of the pictures.
    I wonder what to do, because I tried seeking help from all: on the server, ISP and nothing was resolved.
    I have spent antivirus, looked at the registry keys, upgraded javascript, flash player, but using a flash (index.swf) to load a page you will notice (this page requires AC_RunActiveContent.js).
    So I am searching help to get out of this dilemma!
    It appears now that domain accepts only caracterres and rejecting load all images.
    Please I am looking for help!

    Hello Francisco,
    Well the image is there and works
    [EDIT] Hot link image removed.
    Your using a relative link, maybe try changing it to an absolute link. Like the full URL:

    <img src="http://www.labellejoia.com.br/imagens/loglab.jpg" alt="" width="100" height="100" border="0" />

    Or try changing the relative link to either:

    <img src="/imagens/loglab.jpg" alt="" width="100" height="100" border="0" /> or
    <img src="./imagens/loglab.jpg" alt="" width="100" height="100" border="0" /> or
    <img src="../imagens/loglab.jpg" alt="" width="100" height="100" border="0" />
    One of those linking methods really should work, otherwise its something different causing this.
    Thanks,
    MyWebs

    Yes, the page looks fine from here too. Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies?

    I get what the OP gets, a broken image from his home page. I didn't mean his page looks fine, I meant the image is there on the server, works and can be linked to from here. I think the problem is he isn't linking to it right possibly.

    For me its broken in Google Chrome, FireFox 3, Opera, Safari and IE 8. All major browsers = FAIL.

    I have checked the website (www.labellejoia.com.br) and the picture displays fine from my side. I can see it on the top of the page above the "LABELLE JÓIA - ACESSÓRIOS E FOLHEADOS".
    It looks like the issue can be related to your browser. Have you tried checking with a different one?

    Then how can we see it? Unless somehow it loaded into my cache from your post.

    I dunno, and right now the whole site isn't responding.

    I don't see the image unless I view the page source with firefox and click on the image link embedded into the table cell header that is there.

    As of now empty page with just the top name went into page properties and it looks like they are redoing the site or had a major data loss?????
