Please submit a ticket to our technical department at http://www.whbsupport.com providing us with detailed information on the matter. Namely we need the email address you are sending messages from and the destination mailbox. Also if you have bounce messages, please copy body of one of them to the ticket. This information is necessary for us to be able to investigate the issue and assist you.
I already have a ticket in. I was told two days ago this problem was resolved. The IP address was supposedly changed, yet I still get the old one when I ping it.
Can you please post the ticket number, so I could check? Or just update the ticket.
