email problems

I have 2 macs in my business and want to be able to send and receive emails from the same address whilst both mail applications are on. At the moment can only use the same email address on one computer at a time other wise I have password issues.
In other words I have to shut mail down on one mac to be able to send and receive on the other and vice versa. Am trying to run a business here...very frustrating! Can anyone help? Is there a preference in my cpanel that I need to check?

Hi,

First of all your email account has to be setup as IMAP in both of your clients. In such way you read emails directly from the server instead of downloading them to your mac.

Also please open a technical ticket with the name of your account at our HelpDesk.

Technicians will check what is going on the server and give you a better advice if there's any specific error in the log file.
