    Just curious as to what will happen on the RSSG2 server now that the RAID rebuild is complete? Will it be changed to a hardware RAID setup or maintained as it is now?

    Yes, i´m agreed with rgbivens, i need to know if our accounts will be moved to hardware RAID setup instead the current software setup. Thanks

    This is definitely the plan, but it will take time to migrate all of this data. In the mean time, we can manually move accounts for you with minimal downtime (and at a weekend).

    Just submit a ticket referencing this thead and we can get this scheduled for you.

    Default Need a better solution

    For the first few months as a customer, the service from your company was better than I expected. The WHB customer support team is outstanding. But since early February, the stability of RSSG2 has been awful. The two catastrophic events of the last week have my customers up in arms.

    I can't have people down for several hours with no indication of when they will be back online because RAID is rebuilding.

    I need my accounts moved to a server with more reliability and a much faster rebuild time when something goes wrong or I'll simply be out of business.

    I'm on RSSG2 and feel exactly the same. I would like my sites moved to a more reliable server that also doesn't take 3-4 days to perform a software Raid Rebuild.

    Anyone affected by RSSG2 is entitled to another account on a different server that is free of charge for 6 months.

    I know that words can only do so much when you've experienced the issues that RSSG2 has had and by offering a free account on a second server, hopefully we rebuild your confidence through our actions.

    Just submit a billing ticket and reference this thread to take advantage of this,

    Does this also apply to those on RSSG1? I am having the same issue with dissatisfied clients and not being able to properly maintain the accounts.
