Buzz SG2 - Performance

I have two accounts on SG2, and the performance is awful.

I cannot download backups, and site performance, particularly where sql queries are concerned is shocking.

Anyone else on SG2 suffering the same, or is it just me?

Have you submitted a ticket to our technical department on the matter? In case of yes, please post the ticket ID here, so we could figure out what is happening with your account.

I've just checked buzzsg2 server and I don't see anything outstanding there. No hardware issues, and user account number is within our norm. It might be a load peak, it happens sometimes during traffic spikes. Please feel free to submit a ticket under Technical dept. if you experience an ongoing performance problem.
