Default My website is missing and can't use cPanel

I have created and maintain our church website (www.saintanninfrankfort.org). Yesterday, I was attempting to upload files to the website using cPanel. I was asked for an ID and password. The characters that worked in the past no longer work. I tried to access the church website, but found some message congratulating me on the success of reaching that point (wrong!). Our church website is missing. Right now, I can not access the website or upload files to it.

How do I find out what has happened to it and how do I regain control over the site that I am paying for?

    Hello Mike,

There was an error in DNS zone of your domian name, we've corrected this, you need to wait for some time, while DNS cache is purged on the DNS servers you use and you'll be able to access your website.
