Hello,
I recently received an email notification that my account has been suspended. It was included in the email that all I need to do to lift the suspension is to respond to the email acknowledging that I am aware of the problem and will attempt to resolve it.
I have replied to the email hours ago and my account is still suspended. I am aware that this may be short notice, but I need the suspension lifted immediately - I have clients and emails waiting on me that I cannot access. I also cannot attempt to resolve the problem as I cannot log in to my account.
My account name is 'removed for security purposes'
