Question What are the details of my hosting package?

    Hey,

I've been a customer for about 6 years. In cpanel, it says I have hosting package S-T. What is that, or where can I find details of what that is? Specifically, I would like to know my monthly bandwidth limit, as this doesn't seem to be listed anywhere in cpanel. Thanks

    Dear Cinkcool,

    Your hosting package included:

    Disk space: 1500MB
    Bandwidth: 15000MB
Unlimited amount of addon/parked/subdomains/ftp and email accounts

If you want you can easily upgrade to one of our new packages (you can check them here: http://www.webhostingbuzz.com/web-hosting.php).

    Wink Thanks.

Thanks. For now that still works for me. I love the price freeze feature, as I am still paying below any of the current plans. If I did want to upgrade, would I be able to pay a pro-rated amount for the remainder of my current contract?

Also, is it possible to get my server upgraded to MySQL 5?

    Thanks again

I more or less answered my own questions by looking around the forum more. In light of that information I will probably be looking to upgrade soon. Thanks

BTW, I find it a little ridiculous that I have to upgrade my account to get SQL5...

    Hello,

We actually cannot change the version of MySQL on the server as there are located accounts of a lot of other customers and some of their sites are set to be working with MySQL4 and in case if we change the version everything can stop working.

In case of your upgrade we shall deduct from the invoice the sum of money for unused period of prepaid time of hosting with us.
