What's going on now?

I'm not trying to sounds rude or anything, but I have a business to run and I host a lot of my clients with my reseller package and now they're angry. This can't be happening, I may soon be forced to switch or get my own server.

I understand this is life and things do happen, but you guys are a big business, all this down time doesn't make you look good.

Hopefully ordered can be restored quickly and efficiently.

Hello Corey,

The server is up at the moment, however, we had to disable some services on the box, in order to speed up RAID rebuild procedure. Please find latest update on the matter in the following forum thread:

We want it to be finished sooner, as it is better to get the server back in normal mode as quick as possible, than keep it half-working during long-lasting time frame.

Our team relies on your undrstanding and doing it's best to get it fixed ASAP.
