    I am new to hosting , BUT!!!! , its beyond me how 2 blogs and a static html website can eat up that much resource. That being said; I need to be able to get in and fix it and no one has responded to my ticket response.
    I have complied with every correction I needed to and have been very good about all of the down time ,except for once.

    IS anyone going to allow me to correct this or ????? come on peeps I know youre busy but youre killing my hits/ alexa stats


    Dear Customer, During a recent server audit on 'buzzsg1.whbdns.com' we have found your account 'theruthl' to consume more than it's fair share of server CPU/Processor and Memory resources. This results in sub-par server performance and is a violation of WHB Acceptable Usage Policy (http://www.webhostingbuzz.com/acceptable-use-policy.php). Your account appears to be resource intensive by nature and 9 times out of 10, this is down to the software and/or scripts used. This is the first suspension incident for this account so we will give you a chance to fix the resource issue. You must reply to this ticket and confirm you understand this and will do this, and we will unsuspend your account. If we find that this account continues to use more than it's fair share of resources, we may require that you upgrade to either a virtual private server (VPS) or a dedicated server (DS). Both of these are designed for resource heavy accounts and offer larger amounts of CPU/Memory resources. We look forward to hearing from you at your earliest

    To say truth this ain't funny, got a hot day here, due to powering issues on some of our servers. Our team is working hard to restore all the services now.

    whoa dont be putting words in my mouth I was trying to be supportive and not show how frustrated I am.

    This downage has been an on and off issue for us for a year and killed your 99.9% uptime claim aside from screwing good traffic days over for us.

    I dont think its funny and I dont think you should have assumed I did. I dont like paying for downtime and we have had more than our fair share . If youd read my tickets youd know that. and you know I have been pissy I was trying to give you a break dewd.

    Never meant to offend you in any way, I think it is just kind of misunderstanding.
    We do appreciate your good terms with us, probably that's why I thought you kind of person I could address message in unofficial words.
    Again, don't get me wrong, I newer though that was gloating laugh, I have no issues with sense of humor, so just kinda kept up ball rolling.

    Sorry if it sounded offensive to you.

    no resolution yet for my issue
    CP wont accept my logon account suspended and I cant do anything to correct it.

    read the above conversation folks.
    I found a host that loads its sql on to seperate servers and is very familiar with wordpress and they are over twice the size of web buzz. Apparently they have massive amounts of wordpress users and never have problems.

    4 hours later no reply no unsuspension

    dennis I have been compliant in everything to address these issues , the fact that I can not attempt to address them right now after a whole day of more trademark downtime is rediculous.

    It appears to be the 2nd time your account is suspended, so it's not "still down", rather "down again". I'm guessing you haven't installed any caching plugins yet (despite of 1st suspension), as incident log shows high HTTP request rate and corresponding DB query rate at the same time.

    May I ask you what plugin do you plan for deployment? Note that WP caching plugins may be pretty resource intensive as well, resource consumption just moves from CPU/DB to disk I/O, which can be even worse in some cases (not necessary though). I'd suggest WP Quick Cache (my personal preference) or Supercache, and NOT W3Total or legacy plugin.

    I can unblock your account now, but you should act real quick as your blog causes considerable load peaks and I can not guarantee that you won't be suspended again by Engineering for emergency response reasons. Please see the last ticket.

    Just for your info, most account suspension incidents at WHB are handled by our Audits dept., which is active during normal working hours, not 24/7. Technical department covers night hours, but they have different ticket queue priorities and ticket response delays are possible.

    I dont have a preference for anything but what works best dennis so if your cache is best fine. I was going to deploy supercache or WP cache.

    And as I said those load peaks are from hits querying the sql where the cache should suffice.

    If your experience with quick cache is that it works best then id invite you to deploy it before resetting online status if youd like
    And FYI the first suspension I was told it was ajax chat,,,,, not my problem i didnt do the analysis to come to the conclusion, and that being the wrong one.

    All i can do is work with the info I am given, and respond to assertions that arent factual.
