Webmail issues
Hi!
I am having difficulties w/ logging out of my webmail (from both http and https).
Whenever I click "Logout", it says that I was logged out, but I am not - I am still logged in even the Logout confirmation occurs. Clearing the cache and closing the browser doesn't help either. I checked w/ Firefox, Chromium, IE, Opera - same result everywhere. Even tried on different machines. Bump...
However, there's a workaround for this issue, if you are having the same problem or whatever you want to call it - if your domain is example.com, try logging in again (after the bogus logout) via: http(s)://example.com:2095(6)/login - it works for me... Even w/ this workaround, this is VERY annoying
.
Can this be fixed by some upgrade or what?
P.S. I'd like to report that RoundCube doesn't send emails. What could cause this? (Tried all available browsers and platforms, still the same result...)
I'm hosted on ss3, account: codingca
Kind regards!
Nikola S.

Hi,
As for me, it sounds pretty weird. If you've logged out, you shouldn't be able to make any changes, i.e. send or receive mail via web interface unless you log in again. Also, if the logout wasn't successful, you wouldn't be able to see login screen again, but should have been redirected to the main page of the webmail system (the page with 3 software options). This means that cookies, the files which allow you to browse different pages of a website (which web interface actually is) without entering login details over and over, were deleted at least on the server side.
I have suspicion that you are behind a caching proxy which gives you older pages for some reason, but it still worth checking whether you can do anything with your email account after you click logout.
Anyway, if you are still thinking that the problem is on our end, you can submit the ticket and our engineers will take a closer look.
