If I sign a contract for a fixed hourly rate with an accountant and the tax laws change I expect the accountant to implement the changes to my tax returns. Same with hosting when a host upgrades the package I am on I expect those changes to pertain to my account as well.
As it stands now you are basically saying that even though we are under the same plan as those paying $34.95/month because we are paying much less because of a coupon we are being put on inferior servers.

If you hire an accountant to help you with your tax returns, and then ask him to also handle investments, do you expect him to still do so on the same budget? Sometimes, like with this case, a interim solution can be reached. For example, the accountant may chat with you about investments over lunch, so he doesn't have to charge you for official work. Or, as in this case, a technician can install a module on your existing account. Keep in mind, though, that eventually, you will likely find yourself in a position where it is better to upgrade, than keep submitting tickets. If you take your accountant to lunch every day for "free advice", at some point, it is more cost effective to just hire him to manage the investments! Does that make sense?
