Is my server down? Can't access email, anything

One of the domains I have registered is: www.teamadamant.com

I've been having some terrible problems with downtime lately. Could someone tell me what shared server I am on, and what the status is? Or could somebody please resolve this issue?

One easy way to determine which server your on is to log into your cPanel. Then look along the left side for where it says "Server Name". Just to the right of this it will list your server name.

Thanks for the pointer - unfortunately I am unable to log in to my cPanel, as my connection times out every time I attempt to do so.
