Some eMail takes a long time

Hi,

Some clients of mine who are using the server for eMail recently complained of eMail taking a long time to go through. I had them send mail from their accounts to me at GMail, and I got everything in about a minute. Is there any reason that it would take longer when going to, say hotmail? What could be holding up the messages when other services seem to be working fine?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Got any logs or the sender/recipient address? This may be better in a ticket due to it's confidential nature but if you have this information, we can search and see what has gone on.
