Horde, Squirrel and Round Cube are webmail clients and they are automatically set to receive and send emails. This issue needs an investigation of our technicians. Can you submit a ticket to our technical dept at whbsupport.com with description of your issue? They will check everything in the server's logs. Don't forget to mention mail accounts you are trying to send email to.

Unless you are running some services on another host or server, I don't see any value to setting email.mydomain.com. You would have to ensure that the sub-domain email.mydomain.com is properly configured, and you have not mentioned it. So, to simplify things, instead set your Mx to mydomain.com.

My thanks too Alan B. I was using mail.domain.com. I use it on all my other email account and they work, but I just went in and changed it as to your advise and it started working.
