The problem with memory for php. Ticket created yesterday, was a lack of memory for a subdomain and now lacks the primary domain. In the fail .htaccess line SetEnv PHPRC /public_html/mydomain/php.ini added. WordPress says that is available only 32MB of memory, a configuration file WP indicated that 64M does not help.

I need help!!!

If you indicate in CPanel php5 handler then just a white screen, if php4 then there are mistakes and the same fatal error. WordPress 2.9 - not MU.

memory_limit to 64M
post_max_size to 16M
upload_max_filesize to 20M

Hello,

Go to your cPanel and click on Redirects icon in Domains section.




Choose the address to redirect from and destination.
Mark one of the options:

redirect with www.
redirect with or without www.
do not redirect www.

depending on your needs.



Click on Add button.

It' s not possible to disable server protection. If your IP is blocked due to too many connections, there could be various reasons for that. Make sure that FTP client is configured properly. There should be not more than 2 simultaneous connections set. In case you have this problem again, please submit a ticket to the technical dept for more details.

For you to be able to have those settings changed, you will need to put a global server php.ini file into the folder, where your RoundCube script is located.
Two parameters should be changed there:

suhosin.session.encrypt = 0
date.timezone = "<your_zone>" (e.g. "US/Central")

Before you do that, you should create a .htaccess file in the same directory with the following line there:

SetEnv PHPRC <path to php.ini>

This parameter will apply your php.ini to all the subfolders of the target folder.

To get the global server php.ini file you will need to update your recent ticket ZMW-321360 and let the technicians copy that file to your RoundCube folder.
