How to unblock IP address from root access

Hello, I would like to know how to unblock an IP address from root access. This is a result of repeated attempts to login the cpanel. No hacking just some clients forget their login information.

Hello,

If you have root access (VPS or dedicated server) running under Linux OS, you can do the following:

Login via SSH to your account and run

csf -g IP_address - to check if the IP address is blocked and see the reason.
csf -dr IP_address - to remove denying rule from the firewall configuration.
