In case if you have root WHM access (on VPS or dedicated server), you can set automatic backuping of your files via: WHM => Backup => Configure Backup

This feature is available only for the clients who have root WHM access. You can only do backup and download/transfer it with the help of cPanel but not setting up its automatic creation.

Just FYI: Be careful. The cpanel backups will time out with no notification. So once your site reaches a certain size, the backups may no longer be any good. When this happens, you must do the "full site backup" from cpanel.

Your database should probably be backed up and downloaded daily, depending on what you're doing. There are scripts that can do this.

Advise scripts that do, I need backup directory site copy of the database I can do it manually. Cpanel stores and packs the entire folder public_htm and I need only a specific domain.

I use a simple script I found on vb.com, but it's not just for vbulletin, it should work for any db. And I use a simple DOS script to download the file every day.
