Hi, anyone else having issues with Reseller1 Server - 65.98.*.178 [FortressITX]?

It's been up and down, up and down for the last few days, just wish they would resolve the problem.

You are free to request a transfer to a more recent server on a more recent plan if you wish. This is our oldest reseller server.

I'll let our tech team comment further...

Yes, we had some issues with the server. The matter is that while we had quite low load on CPU and more than enough free RAM available on the server, the bottleneck was the disk subsystem. While heavily loaded the requests to HDDs were not processed correctly causing increase of entire load on the server leading to slowdown and temporary server unavailability. At the moment the problem is localized and resolved, we are monitoring the server now.

However, if you want we can move your account to one of our most recent servers with RAID10 installed, which allows server to work with HDD subsystem in more efficient way. You just need to choose one of our most recent packages on our website (http://www.webhostingbuzz.com/reseller-web-hosting.php) and submit the request to billing team at http://www.whbsupport.com
